Dear Colleagues,
Andreas Schleicher has written an interesting article in Science (Vol. 328, 23 April 2010, pp. 433-434) entitled: Assessing Literacy Across a Changing World, which discusses among other things the PISA (Program for International Student Assessment). While I am not a fan of international assessment programs I found some intriguing ideas in the article.
